Thoughts: 
This costume was made to be part of a Haibane Renmei group at Katsucon 2010. It was pretty comfortable to wear, but cold to wear in the Winter! I love the way the wig sticks out randomly when I pull out pieces - it's the perfect Rakka wig! Thanks to Amazonmandy for finding it for me!
