------------------------------------------ ♥ Character: Heather ♥ Source: Silent Hill 3 ♥ About: I've wanted to do this for a long time, and I finally got around to doing it. Instead of buying a vest like so many others, I made mine. Its lined with a white fleece, and the outside is a thin white material, it gives it a puffy effect. Everything on this costume I had to make. I'm very pleased bout it. Even though its so simple looking, I'm just so pround of this costume.
